'Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.'

The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. 'Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. 'My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...
