« The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, just as described! No complaints about that. However, the hosts' communication from the beginning was poor and vague. I had specifically asked about storing our luggage when we arrived early in the morning (before our check-in time) and in the afternoon (after we checked out). My decision on where to stay was based in large part on this, simply because we needed a place to store our luggage as our flight times didn't line up exactly with check in...

« I wasn’t even able to get into the room . I contacted the host after self check in which me and many other people weren’t getting our access code to enter the building. The ones who got the code were leaving because other families were in their room already. One big disaster and and great disappointment to my family who came down to visit. »

« This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...
