'Bij aankomst een upgrade gekregen omdat ze zagen dat we een lang verblijf hadden (standaard kamer gekozen met onze boeking). Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De vloer van de kamer was helaas niet zo schoon, handig om dus instappers of slippers mee te nemen. Hotel is niet geschikt voor lichte slapers omdat er op de 15e verdieping een club zit. Hierdoor zijn er ook dus mensen in het hotel die er niet overnachten. Op de hoek zit het bekende restaurant Katz Deli, dus de ligging is ook...

'Room cleanliness and location of hotel are a 10/10. We got a last minute room located on the 2nd floor which is VERY noisy since they hold a lot of events at their restaurant area. '

'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'
