'Breakfast could be better. Never saw the manager. The soft boiled eggs only egg option were not soft boiled. Clear yokk still. Potatoes cold. No water dispenser. Called manager iI was told only eggs prepared on the weekend. Had to micrwave my eggs after figuring to where the toaster and microwave were behind the counter. I was handling things to the point another guest gave me their room because they thought I worked there. Helped others on what was going on.'

'The room was spotless, but can use a few upgrades. The lamp next too the bed is connected by plugging it into an outlet on a different wall. The wire runs past the closet opening and is a tripping hazzard. If someone trips on that wire and goes head first into the closet, you will be getting papers from some blood thursty attorney and your payout will be large. You should put an outlet behing the end table where it should be. In the bathroom, the heater bulb does nothing. There is no...

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.'
