'Great family hotel! Food was good! The beach is beautiful despite the seaweed season. The only issue is that some staff (receptionist)should be nicer to the guests. Also Expedia provided us with $200 credit to be spent at the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff did not let us use it. Instead, wanted to sell us services despite promising that the credit can be used for it. So $200 was not used nor returned. 'Marriott Cancun All-Inclusive is a beautifully fully renovated resort. The rooms are renovated with a clean modern esthetic. There are multiple all-inclusive restaurants that serve different cuisines; all delicious. The property is extremely well kept and clean throughout. The beach is outstanding and the water is warm. And the staff throughout the resort from the front desk, restaurants, bartenders and cleaning staff are truly exceptional.'

She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it.
