'TERRIBBLE, they never send me the check in information prior to my visit. So when I arrived there was no possible way to access. I spend all day long trying to contact them by phone and no one answered. I ended up booking another hotel because of the irresponsability of them. And now they are eefusing to refund me for a stay I did not use because of there fault. I show es up at the hotel and i was not able to access because THEIR FAULT, not mine. 'We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in La Maison Haute. De kamer was comfortabel, goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, verrukkelijke verse broodjes en croissants met verse jus, goede thee en koffie en op verzoek een eitje. De B&B is gelegen in een gezellige straat met goede restaurants op korte loopafstand. Verder veel galeries en meubelzaken. 'de accomodatie heeft alle potentie echt top te zijn. super leuke layout en ruim . locatie is prima , en het geeft je echt het thuis gevoel op reis zoals beloofd. aandachtpunten zijn wel de badkamer. super leuk ingericht maar in een losstaand bad douchen is heel erg niet handig. en het heeft een klusjesman nodig een paar uurtjes. al met al voor mij prima '

'Excellent accommodations. The house is one of Brussels oldest standing houses and has an interesting past which is seen throughout the house.
