'We had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. Great service, delicious food, and a clean, beautiful beach with full wait staff bringing food and drinks right to you. The beach is public but feels private and has an incredible snorkeling area with so many colorful fish — it’s like swimming in a real-life aquarium. 'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Jensy at the pool full of professionalism, great customer service and very polite.
Cristian at the pool bartender also very professional and attentive.
Kelvin concierge excellent personality. He was always helpful ensuring my husband had a tee time for golf and transportation to and from the golf course.
I would recommend this resort to all couples looking for relaxation and an escape from the monotony and stress from work.
Definitely coming back!!!
