'Back door to the pool area was jammed, they didn’t have the wet clothes hangline in the bathroom like the sign said it had. The refrigerator didn’t work. The water pressure was low. There was no microwave either so we just didn’t worry about the broken fridge to save food in . It was useless since we could not reheat. No view of the ocean anywhere in hotel. 'Beautiful property and rooms, very courteous friendly service, extra clean pool. Cons: bathroom floors could have been cleaned better. Pool and beach service: Constantina was amazing, but the other servers were nowhere to be found and never followed up. Avoid the sales pitch, not worth it at all.'
