'Overall a nice trip. Check in was extremely slow. Room was not ready and waited way too long for the room to be ready. Ruined our first day. Room was spacious and clean. Temporary adult pool was ok. Way too many reserved chairs that were not being used. A complete waste when there are not enough chairs to begin with. Just another way for them to make more money. Need a better system for guests who are over 18 to enter the adult pool. Kept telling my daughter every day she could not...

'Where do I start...Room #212 smells HORRIBLE! I complained to the manager on duty and she stated there wasn't a smell but she would have some type of spray that would help, never helped! Our friends said that it smelled like it was behind the walls, ironically the Damp commercial came on every other commercial!
