'I want to say a Big Thank you to the whole staff especially to Clarice who was a pure GEM and also to Carmen and Alia who were wonderful. They all always did the maximum for my stay to be enjoyable and also to me as a client. They were always available for any questions, assistance and guidance for my stay to be enjoyable as possible. 'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'Rooms were clean, breakfast is excellent.
We did have an issue with hot water in the shower but after 2days of stay we were moved to another room and everything was good. The beach is right across the hotel. Convenient store is right next to the hotel. Friendly staff.'
