'I do not recommend at all . We chose ÓLEO Cancún Playa based on its high ratings but were very disappointed. The resort has in the recent couple of weeks changed management which might have affected some of the experience. The resort only saving grace is the location and the ocean view , but it is in need of major updates and maintenance. The food was just okay The elevators are extremely slow with waits of up to 15 minutes and they only fit 4 skinny people so a bigger party will have to take 2...

'1 bartender at the swim up bar when majority of the guests are there. bar tenders were rude. Bar is not 24 hours, room service does not come with liquor. The ceciling in our room started leaking. The elevator take forever like literally plan to wait 5-9 minutes for an elevator. Steakhouse food wad horrible and the waiter was not friendly. Sports bar food takes forever to come out even when there arent many guest in the establishment. Not enough music at the pool bar. they stop serving liquor...
