'It’s my second time there. Staff is exceptional and I always stay in the garden room.
It’s convenient to nearly everything including the Kyoto Museum of Art, Another C (great Restuarant, get a reservation), Nishikki Market, convenience stores, good ramen, cafes, etc. Not cheap, but lots of value.

'clean and spacious room with hospitable staff in a central location (right outside marutamachi station). our room came with a washer dryer unit which was convenient even though we didn't get to use it! the hotel is also right across a family mart, mcdonald's and 7-eleven so it was really convenient.'

'Très bon rapport qualité - prix et belle localisation, près de la gare de Kyoto.
Seul bémol : deux ascenseurs pour 14 étages avec des arrêts intempestifs et les cabines pleines aux heures de pointe, c’est trop peu.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel, très prévenant.
Bref, j’y retournerai. '

'There's multiple hotels with the same name in the area, so make sure you get the right one. The staff let us leave our bags when we arrived early and were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This location was right next to a shotengai (covered shopping street), which had many necessities such as a grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and, most importantly a delicious bakery. The location had a welcoming, local vibe and was conveniently near transit. '

'We had a wonderful stay, so much so we cancelled our last night in Tokyo to stay in Kyoto an extra day. Perfect Japanese style with a modern twist. The location is impeccable and the staff are so lovely. My daughter got sick from some food at Disney Sea days prior and they were so nice when she “got sick” in the front entrance. The bed was so nice it was like sleeping at home …And the bathroom I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. Cannot wait to return sans sick kids 😂. Thanks so much!'
