'The resort was beautiful. There are two things that I had an issue with. The bed was not comfortable at all. There were dips in the bed, worn mattress. Second, five restaurants each day one or two were closed. Not a good idea. Limiting options for dining. Staff was friendly and drinks were good.'

'I got very sick from the food. I complained and they denied any wrongdoing. I would not recommend this hotel. They also tried many attempts to hard sell a very expensive timeshare. The room mini bar was poorly stocked for an all inclusive. The pool area had almost constant boom boom music. The room smelled and was very damp. Staff expected numerous tips even though all inclusive. This was definitely NOT a relaxing all inclusive experience.'

'There was construction going on at the resort which was not informed to us.
The adult pool had active construction going during day time. It was very noisy so we couldn ’t stay at the pool.
We stayed there for 6 days and we couldn’t go to the pool.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'My fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún. The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.
