'초등 아이 동반 여름 휴가로 방문했습니다. 아이들이 있어서 온돌룸으로 예약을 했는데요. 첫날 방의 냉방에 조금 문제가 있었는데 새벽 시간이었는데도 호텔측에서 방을 새로 배정해서 잘 수 있도록 빠르게 조치를 취해 주셨어요. 시설이 최신인 호텔은 제주도에 요즘 많지만 서비스 수준의 노련함은 역시 신라호텔인거같습니다. '

'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state. No more than a 2 or 3 star hotel in my opinion, certainly no 5 star hotel, because of the state...

'It was a wonderful stay. The staff are all very kind and wonderful. If I come to Cebu again I will stay here. However, there was so much noise outside the building that I couldn't sleep, even after midnight. That was the only thing that was disappointing.'

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Great place to relax and enjoy the beach or pool. Snorkling from the beach is challenging. Diner options in the hotel are superb. I would highly recommend this hotel.'
