'We did not stay here after checking in due to a number of reasons about this rundown resort that doesn’t look a thing like the photos online. We upgraded to the VIP package that wasn’t used. They ensured a refund that we have never received. They did not refund our prepaid trip. We were immediately approached by a timeshare salesman. The whole experience was a nightmare.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
