'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Traveled with three families with kids ages 4-7. The place was great: pools were awesome, food was better than expected. Staff was all around outstanding. Sometimes when busy was hard to get a sun chair, and dinner reservation system was a bit wonky, but we got everything we needed. Water slides and lazy river and kids clubs were major pluses. Beach is so-so compared with some others, but pools were great. Strong value for money. '

'Hard Rock Cancun is small but inviting. Service staff was great but stay clear of the pushy vacation planners staff. Evening dinners require a reservation so book your dinners for each night of your stay as soon as you arrive. Any of the restaurants can accommodate booking reservations for all restaurants. Stop by one and book for all the others for the stay. (Wish I would have known this ahead of time) Older resort with slow elevators. Pool area is nice but plan to get up early and go reserve...
