'Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!! '

'The room was great, mildly humourous because into the rooms have a theme in the theme is a famous person, and mine was Fabio. Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. 'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Het was een goed hotel! Prima geleden bij een winkelcentrum. Wij waren hier 2 dagen. Dit was ook meteen meer dan genoeg omdat er niet al te veel in cancun te doen is. Personeel is super vriendelijk! Een dikke 10 '

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

Er is ook een veerpond op loopafstand van het hotel dat naar Isla Mujeres gaat met bounty witte stranden en lichtblauw helder water(echt een aanrader) Wij hadden niet all inclusive geboekt omdat wij graag lokale restaurantjes bezoeken.
