'The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!! '

'The room was great, mildly humourous because into the rooms have a theme in the theme is a famous person, and mine was Fabio. Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
