'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean, and the cleaning service was done well daily. I have no complaints! It’s more of a quiet/chill hotel. If you’re looking for more craziness and fun this wouldn’t be the ideal stay for you.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Het hotel en de kamers zijn schoon en service gericht. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, en het hotel is op een a1 locatie met restaurants om de hoek. Er is ook een veerpond op loopafstand van het hotel dat naar Isla Mujeres gaat met bounty witte stranden en lichtblauw helder water(echt een aanrader) Wij hadden niet all inclusive geboekt omdat wij graag lokale restaurantjes bezoeken. 'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
