'De staf verwelkomde ons op een authentieke Japanse stijl en zorgde goed voor ons. Ze spreken goed Engels, en zijn tegelijk nog heel grappig origineel Japans. Het is op slenter afstand van Ginza, de oude binnenstad.'

'This hotel is excellent. They offer complimentary drinks (although I would prefer sweeter wine) the options are great. I like the fact that it is within walking distance from Kyoto Station so it made it very convenient for food and shops. The staffs are friendly and offered us routes and directions. A friend of ours ask where to go to find cherry blossom during non peak season and the staff delivered. We would come back to this hotel when we visit Kyoto again. '
