'Un lugar muy bonito, muy tradicional, la infraestructura y los espacios totalmente japoneses. Estuvimos en el cuarto Isami que es el más grande, 2 adultos 2 niños sin problema. Yo estaba buscando justo lo que ofrecen, vivir una estadía tradicional y me encantó. El personal muy amable, comunicación en inglés, te dejan muchas amenidades para hacer una cómoda estadía. Yo lo amé pero no es un hotel para cualquiera, dejo puntos a considerar por si les interesa: Nota: hablo solo del cuarto Isami...

'The property is in perfect condition for our family of four. Situated in a charming neighborhood, the property is within walking distance to JR Kyoto station and bus terminal. It's surrounded by restaurants and stores but you hear no noise at night at all. The considerate and helpful host has made our life much easier especially when we don't speak Japanese. I'd definitely come back next time in Kyoto.'

'Aanvankelijk zeker niet okay, maar na een klacht bij het management werd alles prima geregeld zoals we het wilden hebben. De basis inrichting e.d laat te wensen over, ook de schoonmaak was bij aankomst niet in orde maar we kregen een dag later een verl betere kamer en elke dag werd er schoon gemaakt. '
