'This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend and stay here again. The location is great. It is practically adjacent to Kyoto station which makes it very convenient to get around and there are plenty of options for food and shopping. We did not use the amenities or dining because we were busy exploring but I would imagine them to be excellent because this is the type of hotel that caters to their guests and shows a high level of care. '

'Een heel fijn hotel. We kregen tickets om in de middag een gratis drankje (en wat snacks) te nuttigen in het hotel-restaurant. Top geregeld. Daarnaast fijne kamers, lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel ligt wel wat van Gion/ de hotspots af. De ligging vlak bij het station is echter heel handig en maakt dat je snel met de bus en trein uit de voeten kan. Zou dit hotel zo weer boeken. '
