'Didn't use the spa'

'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. Bij de zwembaden en de restaurants was altijd wel een plekje te vinden. Minpunten: de voordelen van preferred club zijn beperkt. Privestrand en aparte bar, maar geen verdere extra's. We...

'Excelente estadía el staff fue súper amable nuestra habitación estuvo siempre limpia y arreglada cuando llegábamos de nuestras salidas, ofrecen muchos servicios de masajes y comida a la habitación, el servicio de renta de movilidad fue muy eficaz y servicial, nos encantó y volveríamos aquí sin dudarlo.'

'The parts that were being used was well maintained. There were many areas not being used but still a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Paco showed me many restaurants and things to do in the city, he was very helpful '
