'We have a wonderful week here. Highly recommended. perfect timing because the sandcastle weekend was on Texada island, with fun activities. The cottage is beautifully situated on the bay and is well taken care of. we have walked, swam, canoeed, fished a lot of wildlife (deer, osprey, otters, seals, etc.) and as icing on the cake (dutch saying :)) we saw orcas in the bay the last evening. 'This is a very convenient hotel to stay in Lund when you want to do some activities. As a hotel guest you are guaranteed to have a parking space. The rooms and bathroom are small but good enough for a good rest. The beds are big and soft, however advertised as 2 person beds which is almost impossible (1,20 meter wide). The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has great food. The terrace has a great view over the ocean.'

'We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Eerder hadden we al bagage achter gelaten, omdat we 3 dagen gingen wandelen langs de Sunshine Coast Trail. Dit was geen enkel probleem. De Inn is heel gezellig ingericht met veel antiek/curiosa. Het ontbijt was prima!'

'Een motel met een uistekende ligging in hartje Powell River met een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Kamers zijn deels vernieuwd (bedden, airco), deels wat verouderd (meubilair, kitchenette). Maar alles werkt goed. Motel is rustig en ligt prachtig op heuvel met zicht over de baai (mét orka's!) en met mooie zonsondergangen. De eigenaresse is supervriendelijk en heel servicegericht, ze zwaait liefst elke gast persoonlijk uit.'

'Good place to stay even it is not in dowtown. By car easy to go to Front Str and stroll along the harbour. Hotel: good service from frontdesk, roommaid. Breakfast: the lady from Goldcoast (sorry, i forgot her name) is excellent, friendly and serviceminded. Even i made a mistake with the toaster and crossaint she smiled stayed friendly and cheerful. Sure will stay again. The Thai restaurant nearby is ok if you do not want to dine downtown. Opposite BW there is a big supermarket, gasstation...
