'Todo muy bien , el tema de tener que reservar para comer no me gustó porque se llena y no es posible ir a los restaurantes . Es un punto a mejorar .'

'Heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, prachtig strand. De kamer is wel wat gedateerd. Het eten is heerlijk (wel enkel a la carte). Jammer van de sargassum maar blijkbaar was het juist een hele slechte periode.'

'The hotel is beautiful, our room was right outside the pool and beach. Sea sargassum is a big problem in summer months, if they would have cleaned a little bit, the beach is beautiful. Staff is friendly, restaurant on site is very convenient. Highly recommended this budget friendly hotel.'

'It was okay; we chose this hotel because of the water slides and it delivered on that. However, it struggled to deliver on key service elements that are common at other hotels in the area. My kids found 2 (different) pieces of plastic in their breakfast, one in the cheese and another one in the yogurt. They were very apologetic about it but the chances of that happening twice in the same table with two different products made us wonder about their QA. We could only get 1 dinner reservation...

'When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive...

'Grote kamer met prachtig uitzicht. We hadden wat problemen met het toilet, maar dat werd meteen goed opgelost. Helaas geen ontbijt, maar dat wisten we. Tegenover het hotel zat een heerlijk eettentje, waar je lekker kon ontbijten!'
