'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. 'The staff was amazing, flavio was extremely helpful with all things needed for our room, as well as Griselda always keeping our room beautiful and clean not to mention the absolutely beautiful swan towel designs that she left us, her sense of humour was contagious, Cayetano was so sweet and attentive always checking up on us at the beach and giving us great dinner recommendations, he was such a nice person and we look forward to seeing everyone again!
