'2a vez en el hotel y me gustó mucho, sólo note una baja de calidad en el restaurante italiano (de reserva) pero de ahi en fuera los demás alimentos muy ricos, la atención del personal es de 10, amables, cálidos, siempre había alguien preguntando si todo estaba bien, el equipo de animación, la recepción, me dejaron muy satisfecho, Felicito al equipo completo de Iberostar Quetzal!!!'

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'An amazing vacation at the Westin Cozumel . This was my second stay and will be going back very soon. Front desk- amazing Vicky at the beach - Amazing Restaurants -Great food and amazing service Room and view - Spectacular Carlos the manager was incredibly gracious and welcoming and so was Lorenzo in house keeping. Thank you for a great vacation , one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed at (I am a Titanium member and have stayed in way too many around the world). '

'The resort was beautiful and the staff was very attentive, nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I do wish they were more informative about the restaurant schedule and the pool closing at 7pm. There wasn’t much info given about the beach club but that also closes early (at 5pm) I was there within their first month of opening so I expected some kinks, as fine progresses I assume it will get better. Also I wish there was a lunch and dinner buffet. '

'Amazing resorts in terms of value. We had the honour to spent two full weeks over here and enjoyed every second of it. Great and professional staff (especially bartender Daniella killed it for us!!), great dining options, great food en drinks quality, large and modern rooms, and above all very luxurious. 'Honestly I loved staying here. Such a nice place with friendly staff. If I needed anything they were right on it! "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. There’s 2 pools and we hung out only by the chill pool because the other pool was more for smaller children and we liked that we had the choice for the more quiet version. All in all, we give it a 10/10, and we would definitely be coming back!"
