'So close to the ski on/off - location everything. It made our mornings and lunch breaks easy. Joe was a great host - proactive communication and responsive to questions to ensure a great stay. We would have liked the trash situation to be more convenient but if that was our only issue, I’d say our stay was a success.'

'The only thing I was disappointed in was not having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Of course, for $26.50/day, I could get a refrigerator. This is an amenity that should be included. You pay good money to stay there; they shouldn't nickel and dime on other stuff. We ate at three of their restaurants and had a couples massage, not to mention all the money we spent at the Casino. (donated, I should say). It is definitely a beautiful hotel, but the "little people" don't get too many...

'this hotel is old and needs to be redecorated. the room was not clean, but the bed was good. The bathroom is really to old. Every thing needs to be put in a better state. '
