'I have visited in past years and noticed that most of the daily activities have been cut. There used to be sand art, tattoos, donut decorating, reptile show, and silent disco. This all has been replaced by two activities: yoga and a dance party. I was disappointed to see these activities are no longer on the schedule.'

'I rarely write a negative review, but this “resort” was way below expectations. We did not see anything that would warrant all the glowing reviews. The building was extremely worn and out of date. Walls were peeling, carpeting worn out , furniture was chipped, the cable tv was from decades ago- limited channels and no HD, the amenities were scarce.
Positives were the bed and the shower was excellent.'

'Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! Also, hiked Bushkill Falls which was 20 minutes...

'Everything was great with the exception of the rude, disconnected, nonchalant, and unpleasant hotel clerk who was at the desk when we checked out at 12:23 pm, Monday, June 22, 2026. That clerk has the customer service skills of brick wall. She was not hospitable at all, and certainly not an asset for your hotel. Her name is TT. She was relieved at 3:00 pm.'

'Visited with my sister 6/19/2026-6/21/2026, and stayed in one of the Villas downstairs in Villa "B". The first guests above us the 1st night were banging, bouncing, kids screaming, and furniture being move around. The second night a new family and the same thing to where at 11pm I had to call front desk where they sent security over for my noise complaint.
