When we arrived, we were told the elevators were not working and remained out of service for the remainder of the weekend. We enter our room, the heating /cooling system is broken so no heat. Hair and dirt residue in the showers from previous occupants. Called the front desk to complain and the room phones were out of service. Turned on the television and the Wi-Fi was not working. Lights in the bedroom were not working. I went downstairs to the front desk and made a complaint. I asked to change rooms, and they agreed but I had to stay in that room for the night with my sisters until the next day. They bought us two electric heaters, and only one worked. I froze throughout the night. The next day they sent the maintenance guy to confirm the heating/cooling system was broken, and he confirmed it was broken. Finally get a new room the next day, which was Friday, and there were no washcloths or toilet paper. I called for those items and only toilet paper was delivered to the room. I called about the washcloths and they stated at the front desk, that they were all out because the hotel was at full capacity. So we had to wash ourselves with larger towels which are heavy when soaked with water and soap. Unbelievable! That same day I filed a complaint at the front desk for a refund just for the first night, and Kimberly the front desk manager stated I would get it and understood my complaint. I reached out after our weekend ended and I'm still waiting for my refund. So unfair.
