'My husband and I wanted a quiet and romantic getaway for our spring break. Hotel Mountain Brook gave us this experience and more! We stayed in the Raven Cabin. Despite being outside of the main lodge, we wanted for nothing. Our Innkeepers Jen and Chloe were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. 'Overall our stay was good. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Actually ended up sleeping on the sofa for the duration of the stay. The rooms were updated and well kept. The Bistro served good food and it was a bonus to have a bar so the adults can grab a beverage. The lobby area was a great way to hang out with fellow travelers. Had sufficient seating and the fire pit outside was a nice touch. '

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '
