Positief: Personeel en service
First, I want to say I really enjoyed my stay here! *But* there are definitely pros & cons to this hotel:
Pros:
The views are amazing, the room is HUGE, the shower & bath were fantastic, the pool on the balcony was perfect for relaxing.. the balcony itself was super private, I was on the 2nd floor, and I really liked that for sunbathing. I was traveling solo, for the purpose of relaxation and I completely achieved that. The bed & pillows were also super comfortable
Cons:
The outdoor balcony pool took nearly 2 hours to fill up. Unfortunately, the maintenance man who had to fill it asked me some inappropriate questions that made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. When I expressed I was uncomfortable, he did retreat but I just felt he shouldn’t have in general. The pool immediately started to drain and I didn’t want to call him back in - so I just enjoyed it while I could. The food was not great for breakfast & dinner. Lunch was the highlight for me, from the restaurant- not the snack bar. But I noticed the menu didn’t change at all and it was already limited to only a handful of selections. If I was traveling with a partner, I’d skip the all inclusive and buy a bottle and some snacks for the daytime and go out to dinner.
The cleanliness of the room wasn’t awful but I did find an eyelash on the ground & there were some stains on the top sheet. I didn’t turn on the jets in the tub because I was too afraid of what might be in there.
