Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Shuttle service did not show up and we waited an hour, later the front desk said he had to pay for my ride because we did not show up, we had what’s ap communication verifying the shuttle was not there, so we took alternate car. We finally arrived at 1 and they said the room would be ready at 2, we walked around and then at 2, they said 3, which was fine. We went to the store and got a few things and came back. They informed us our AC in our room went out, so they were trying to fix it. We waited until 6pm to get in, they comped dinner and drinks for the inconvenience. We got to that room and the sheets had a large stain on them of red color. We requested a new room, the room we received had ac and it was clean. Win? No. We had no water pressure and warm water at best. It was cold showers the entire time. We never complained about the water because by this time nothing was working and nothing was making it better. The food was not good, BUT BUT the service in the restaurant was amazing! The servers were everything! The food may be awful but the servers were perfect! Also, they have a hot tub but they need a 2 hour warning to put water in, we scheduled it for 9pm and let them know at 4pm. When we got ready to use it, it was not filled, cold water and terrible pressure. We gave up at this point. We tried everything to remain hopeful, but the final day when the front desk man named Thomas had an attitude about having to pay for the airport shuttle we didn’t show up to, I gave up
