'The biggest issue is that there is barely any wi-fi in the bedrooms, no signal. There are several wi-fi set-ups in the building but I am told that the password is not available to guests even though the signal strength is good. This is a pity as free wi-fi is seemingly offered to guests. An ongoing issue as this was the case last year and SERCO who run the place haven't addressed the issue.'
