'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

'The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was great. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had many options for food / beverages. The location was very close to the train station, and about a 15 minute walk from city centre. 'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

With a family member who cannot eat Gluten or dairy, and usually stays away from buffet and hotel breakfasts, we were pleased to find a separate area for gluten free cereal and toast, with a dedicated toaster. Variety or dairy free milk, and the chef serving the cooked breakfast was able to immediately and knowledgeably point out the gluten free options. Reassuring and made for a worry free morning.'

'Fiquei com a minha mãe no local, em uma viagem de família. Fomos muito bem até dias em todos os momentos e só tivemos um problema, o aquecedor não estava funcionando e como era fim de semana não havia como solicitar ajuda técnica. Foram providenciados cobertores extras e ficou tudo bem, eles nos ajudaram em todas as situações que precisamos. O local é muito limpo e o espaço é ótimos para 2 pessoas. A localização também é boa pois fica bem no centro e há vários restaurantes e lojas por perto.'
