'I was in the lower level suite with king size bed, living room and kitchen. It certainly went beyond my expectations and was very affordable. The historic house is beautifully renovated with attention to detail. To Make matters even better , there's an unbelievable French restaurant one block away. In addition it is in a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property unless you have any mobility issues. The driveway is incredibly steep as are the stairs. If you have someone to drop...

'Great experience; well-equipped and beautifully decked room. Some of the pieces were so unique and well-chosen. Bathroom was great too. Brandon was nice enough to provide us with suggestions for places to visit nearby. Breakfast options can be expanded but we didn’t mind that. Would definitely recommend.'

'Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.'

'I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights and we loved the historical features of the mansion. Our room and the other guest rooms are beautiful and have a nice view of the property. The library was one of our favorite parts. Late check in was a bit complicated but I’m happy they were able to accommodate us. I would love to stay here again!'
