'We like the big space in the house. And it's very comfortable. But the hot water is not adequate. The water became cold suddenly during the shower.'

Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. '

'民泊だから仕方ないけど、今回は居住者だった人の生活感と臭いが残ってて食器や備品など使う気になれなかった。BBQコンロの網は前者が使ったままで焼きカスがこびりついたままで写真のようなBBQセットとは全く違った！これでレンタル料金3500円も取るなんてありえない　ホストに質問しても1週間以上過ぎた今でも既読にはならない 家の中は綺麗に掃除はしてあります。気温が低かったので虫などもいなくて七輪のBBQと焚き火は楽しめました。'

'The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. '

'Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

'we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult.'

'ウィンドサーフィンの利用で2泊3日しました。ショップも海も徒歩圏内、スーパーも徒歩圏内で大変便利でした。設備は古さはあるものの清潔でキッチンも充実してました。洗濯機と乾燥機を使えたのが良かったです。'
