« Beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath with 3 living rooms nestled on a grassy farm just north of Cortez. Goats were cute and hiking trails out the back gate were a nice plus. Kitchen had everything of excellent quality. Hot tub was perfect, very hot and clean. Owners were very nice! »

« The house was clean with very comfortable beds and furniture. The linens were very nice. We had every thing we needed in the kitchen. The views from the back deck are amazing. Communication was easy and the house instructions were easy to follow. We used the house to visit Mesa Verde National Park and the surrounding area. The house is in a secluded setting, very beautiful and quiet. The owners live on site (as stated in the description) in the downstairs unit of the home. We did not see them...

« The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us! »
