« The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. « Overall, this was a very good experience. The only thing that would have been better with the VRBO is if there were a bathroom (even a 1/2 bath) on the first floor. My wife does not like stairs but needed to go up and down more time than she would have if there were a lower-level bathroom. This is in a very quiet neighborhood. « We stayed at the property for the second time, and again we truly enjoyed everything about it! The house had everything and more needed for a one week stay. Its location is an absolute plus with downtown, restaurants and great places in walking distance. »

« Thermostat requires a passcode not supplied to us, and it was very cold. Oven was not working, and the management company would not send someone to fix it. This was considered a health hazard by Vrbo. They told us to switch to a different property after 5 days of correspondence to the management company with no resolution. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The condo is beautiful, so it’s too bad there were these issues that required us to leave to a more suitable house in a more suitable area. I...
