'Ignore the rubbish from cottages.com as they obviously do not have a clue. The front door facing North road is locked and bolted and so cannot be used to enter the property. Only by going down the steps and using the back door can you get in. The flat bronze yale style key next to the silver long key is the one you need. As the yale lock is loose you need to jiggle the key in the lock to even turn it. Watch out if your tall ... im 6' and had some close calls in the cottage. Do not attempt to use...

'Het is een prachtig klein huisje op een geweldige locatie. Op wandelafstand van verschillende wandelpaden en dus ook van de prachtige uitzichten op de kliffen. Het huisje was perfect voor ons en ons 8 maanden oud baby’tje. Het is er netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader!'

'This cottage is a 10 minute walk to lovely Westgate beaches, and 5 minutes to village shops and station and has a bus stop just outside for trips to the rest of Thanet, Canterbury. Lovely large lounge space and we liked the garden. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Julian responded really quickly on a couple of queries when we arrived and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Would stay again.'
