'I chose this property because of transport convenience and price. Underground & train station are 2 minutes walk away, supermarket is right next door. Abbey Wood is a depressed and depressing location (apart from the beautiful woodland & ruined abbey nearby) - but this is not the property's fault. Apartment needed more kitchen items - knives, teaspoons, crockery. Carpet in main bedroom is quite damaged & there were minor maintenance & cleanliness issues. There is no on-site carparking at...

'Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such.'
