'We had a very pleasant stay at riverside cottage. It was very well equipped and tidy. The garden and view were wonderful. As it was exceptionally hot during our stay we could have done with something like a canopy. We can imagine you wouldn’t normally need one in Kent. A good inn nearby with great meals.'

'Everything you need for a perfect, relaxing holiday. Fantastic location, apartment has everything you need, extremely comfortable and clean. Views from lounge windows are fabulous and constantly changing, no need to turn on the tv when you can watch the sea and everyone coming and going. Am absolutely in love with Broadstairs and would definitely book the same apartment again.'

'We enjoyed this charming little cottage in the center of historical Rye. It was clean, good wifi (important for the kids) and the host reacted fast on my questions. My only remarks, with 4 people an extra comfortable chair would be welcome and we prefer a larger double bed. 'Everything went really well. Naomi had left clear instructions on how to access the property etc. The cottage is well stocked with all cleaning products, which is always good as it helps you to clear and clean as you go along!The beds were really comfy and there was the bonus of a ceiling fan during the heat wave.Lots to do in the town and surrounding areas. 'Ignore the rubbish from cottages.com as they obviously do not have a clue. The front door facing North road is locked and bolted and so cannot be used to enter the property. Only by going down the steps and using the back door can you get in. The flat bronze yale style key next to the silver long key is the one you need. As the yale lock is loose you need to jiggle the key in the lock to even turn it. Watch out if your tall ... im 6' and had some close calls in the cottage. Do not attempt to use...

'The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth.
