'Firstly I need to say how wonderful Jim and Anita were and how welcoming they made us all feel. The location of Honey Pot Farm is stunning with views to take your breath away. The town of Hythe is a mere 10min drive and well worth a visit. We will most defiantly be going back 10/10'

'We (= my wife Machteld, me and our Tollerdog Auke) had a perfect stay in the oasthouse in Stone-in-Oxney. The house and garden were very clean and well taken care off. The products that Amanda offered us were very welcome and agreeable!! The garden is really beautiful and very good enclosed for our dog to walk around. It was wonderful!!!!'

'My family and I were slightly hesitant about booking a cottage in the midst of winter but we all had the best time ever. The Cottage is gorgeous and the wood-burning stove made it super cosy, the kids adored playing on the trampoline for hours on end. We discovered some stunning countryside walks and forests and quaint old Kentish pubs serving amazing food - we all want to come back already. Really organised hosts too - thank you !'

'Small in size but big in style. We absolutely loved our stay at the Old Sweet Shop. It is beautifully and quirkily decorated, making the most of its small size. It had everything we needed, including picnic chairs for the beach which is directly across the road, and retro sweet shop sweets for the kids. It’s the perfect location for exploring Deal. We loved opening the window to see the sun sparkling on the sea every morning. The only thing that would stop us going again is our kids getting too...

'Zonder twijfel een aanrader. Knusse, gezellige, romantische, nette, volledig uitgeruste vakantiewoning op een boogscheut van zee. Een huisje met een ziel. Bovendien een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een trip, te voet of met de auto, in de omgeving waar vooral het erfgoed en het Britse platteland te bezoeken is. We keren zeker terug.'

'Last week we stayed at this lovely beach house. The accommodation is very light and spacious, and has enough rooms for our family with three kids. Everything you need is available, including a well equipped kitchen and a lot of (beach)toys for kids. We enjoyed the great views, at any time of day, and nice walks on the beach. 'We had a lovely stay in this cottage. We had easy access to Faversham and Sittingbourne and there were many footpaths available for walks with our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and all the rooms were tastefully furnished. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend it. '

'We enjoyed this charming little cottage in the center of historical Rye. It was clean, good wifi (important for the kids) and the host reacted fast on my questions. My only remarks, with 4 people an extra comfortable chair would be welcome and we prefer a larger double bed. The short term parking in front of the cottage is convenient to drop off your luggage, there are many longer term car parks only a couple of minutes away. With the beach of Amber, the nature reserve and also Hastings...

'The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lovely beach vibe and has everything you need. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats.'
