Cruises in Ha Long-baai

'room included 3 beds which made it small and uncomfortable even when reception staff said this was an upgrade. brunch was very small ship itself was ok and lunch/dinner was great. overall a 7/10'

'The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.'

'Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.'

'What a fantastic trip. The service from the staff from start to finish was exemplary. Pick up was a shared limousine van. Pure luxury for the 2.5-3 hour transfer. When we got to the main boat we were served lunch which was beautiful. A great selection for all tastes. Happy Hour was twice a day and the bar man Alex was extremely generous with his portions. My partner doesn’t eat seafood (choice not allergy) and they always provided an alternative without a problem. Tim also served us...

'The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! '

'The Highlight of our Vietnam Trip May 2024 • Couples Highly recommend this while you're in Vietnam!! We did the 2 night/3 day trip on the Orchid classic boat #3 w/ 14 rooms. 1. Service: The staff really take care of you. Especially, Hoa and Tien went above and beyond making sure we had a great experience; good excursions (biking, caves) and activities (cooking class, kayaking), special requests, comfortable room, anything we needed. 2. Delicious dining: I didn't expect such high quality meals....

'スンソット洞窟とティートップ島に行くと旅程に載っていたので期待していたのですが、両方行きませんでした。 1日目と2日目のアクティビティは場所が違うだけでほぼ同じで、浮島のような場所からカヤック（またはボート）かスイミングでした。 どちらかの日に鍾乳洞に寄るなどアクティビティを変えたらもっと満足度が上がると思います。 食事も美味しいとはいえません。 お部屋の装飾やスタッフさんの対応は良かったです。 どうもありがとうございました。'

'Die Übernachtung auf dem Schiff war super. Das Persona stets freundlich und bemüht. Der Besuch der Höhle und der Cave mit Bamboo-Fahrt hat uns sehr gefallen. Man wird mit einem „Speedboot“ (Tenderboot) auf das Hauptschiff gebracht. Die eigentliche Fahrt mit dem Schiff ist dann eher kurz, was aber vor allem auch den Ausflügen geschuldet ist. Nachts ankert man zusammen mit anderen Schiffen. Allem im allem sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!'

'The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… '
