'We had a very pleasant stay starting with a free upgrade on arrival. The room was very spacious and clean and the view over the bay was amazing. We made use of the pool and the gym which were good too. Only downside was the price of the breakfast, which was not entirely worth it.'

'The hotel was situated in a secluded area, separated from the rest of the town. The staff members were exceptional - they treated me like family. Every single person, from the employees on the 17th-floor bar to those at the front desk, was incredibly sweet, well-mannered, polite, and helpful. 'I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. 'Fizemos o cruzeiro de 24h a cabine era muito confortável, ampla e com varanda. Toda a comida servida era muito saborosa e diversificada. Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim. Paramos para nadar e fazer passeio de caiaque no primeiro dia, mas os 16ºC não foram convidativos para a atividade. Talvez navegar um pouco mais teria sido mais...
