'The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10'

'We stayed 2 nights and 3 days on the cruise, the ship was beautiful and new. The room was spacious with the biggest bed I have ever seen, we also had a balcony with a table and chairs so we could sit and watch the amazing view. I think the best part of our trip with Tulip Cruise was the friendly and kind staff. Denny took us on our excursion on day 2 and he was funny charming and very polite. 'Het hotel was prima, met uitzicht op de bergen van Ha Long Bay, echter voor de deur (overkant weg) zeer grote bouwput, waar 24/7 wordt gewerkt. Jammer voor het hotel, ze kunnen er natuurlijk niets aan doen. Dicht in de buurt van leuk pretpark voor kinderen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kan door de grootte van het hotel echter niet altijd attent zijn. Prima, luxe ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers ook erg luxe. 'Camille and her staff went overboard to accommodate all guests and their personal and dietary needs. Dinner was 5-Star as far as cruise ship dinners go. The ship could use some updating but the experience and excursions were well worth the money.'
