'What an amazing peaceful place. We stayed 2 nights here for Mother’s Day weekend, my wife and 2 little girls and pretty much had the property to our selfs. Cabin was clean and had a good feel to it. My little girls loved the cows and horses coming up to the fence line every day, we walked down to the creek wich is beautiful and tranquil and the horses came up to us for a pat wich was an amazing experience for the girls. Will definitely come back and bring some friends to fill the other cabins...

'We loved the layout and beautiful touches, like sunset table, kitchen, hammock, books and comfortable bed. The shower was very cool and gave a nice view of the beautiful horses feeding on the lush grass next door. We had great fun cooking a delicious meal on the fire pit and being mesmerised by the stars. They provided the best coffee I have ever tasted!!! Communication was fantastic and Avon is a lovely human! Very impressed and will be returning soon for another stay. Thanks Avon for having us...

'My husband stayed at the sky cabin for 3 days over the Christmas break. We loved our stay!!. Nonie and John were very helpful, responsive and approachable. They are wonderful hosts!. . We loved the views the comfort of the lodge, the lovely decor with the rustic look, the out door shower and bath!! Loved it all.. thanks a lot, we will surely come back.'

'Really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was the building squeaked ( movement) when you moved around the cabin. The kitchen could also have been supplied with kitchen foil baking paper , cooking oil etc'

'We spent two nights at Kookaburra Cabin. It's a nice space with privacy and our own grassy area bordered by lovely tall Gum trees and rainforest. The cabin had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the colored lights in the ceiling and some other quirky touches. The bed was comfortable (nice linen sheets). 'Home away from home with all of the appliances and furnishings to make our stay very comfortable. The front door was a bit of a challenge, the vinyl flooring was was tacky and when I wore my white socks around the first night the bottoms were filthy.'
