'3rd times a charm! This was our 3rd time staying in this townhome. It has truly been our home away from home when we visit our son at college. It’s a perfect place to let him come and relax and be with family. I would never stay in a hotel when this townhouse has everything we need and the space to be together. We got take out from Capris and La Paz and watched March Madness on the nice size tv in the comfortable Living Room. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Spartanburg.'

'Our stay in Simpsonville was fantastic because we stayed in this beautiful home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. It provided the comforts of home for our visit with family. While there, we enjoyed the Greenville Zoo, Frankie's Fun Place, and shopping in beautiful, downtown Greenville.'

'This home was immaculate. Everything we needed and more. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee kcups, plenty of clean towels, nice patio out back, very comfy. Neighborhood was quiet except for construction going on next door but we were out a lot so no nighttime noise which was good. It wasn’t an issue. Very close to restaurants. Owner was very nice when reaching out.'

'Erica's Haven was the perfect house for my family to stay together as we celebrated my son's high school graduation. It was very tastefully decorated, and the accommodations met everyone's needs. The patio and backyard were especially appreciated for us to spend time together outside where the adults relaxed and the teenagers made TikTok videos. 'Greenville was our family’s Spring Break destination this year. We were blessed to find this exceptional home to stay in. Jessica, our host, was easy to work with. The home was beautifully decorated and inviting. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our group of 9. The location was great. We do a lot of VRBO rentals and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed.'

The place was nicely attired with lots of items. the only thing we could say is the odor upon first entering was off putting, maybe the heat vents? the place was clean so not sure what that was. Lots of coyote yipping at night. Loved the heifers, made us feel at home.'

'I had a work trip and prefer staying out of hotels and in nature. This little gem hit every one of my preferences! Its seclusion and peaceful surroundings make it a 10/10 for me.
