« I liked the location but what i didn't like was the noise at night from the construction going on im the building. I couldn't sleep at night. Noise kept scaring me »

On nous a dit que la direction a donner la direction a une compagnie extérieur pour l'opération qui n'avait pas d'employés sur le terrain. « This is a cute little house in an awesome beach resort! Linda, the owner is very attentive and available for all questions or issues. The house itself, is comfortable enough, nicely decorated, but is a bit run down, and needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness. We loved the use of the golf cart, and the location of the house, and the front porch was very nice for evening relaxing! »

« Loved the house, loved the location and loved the stay. I especially liked the nod to the family’s heritage and history through the art work and photos. The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again. »

We were in myrtle beach for a dance competition for our daughter's school dance team....the attention to detail Simone (and Alistair) put into personalizing the home for us was amazing and made us feel special....cant say enough about our time there. »

« The house has a nice private and quiet feel and is great for family gatherings given the layout of the dwellings. The house itself is really neat and has been restored beautifully. It's about an hour drive to Charleston, so you can get away from the hustle and traffic of the city but also do the tourist thing pretty easily. »

« Place was great with a lot of character. Close to the beach and Center St. We weren't there for the bar scene but that didnt get in our way. We could hear the bands but they werent disruptive. Sprial stair case is not for everyone (including our 35 lb dog). Great place. »

« Great condo! Perfect location for Heritage Golf Tournament. Condo was very clean and spacious. Photos very accurate display and host was great. Easy to contact and very prompt in her responses. Hope to rent this condo again next year. 5 stars! »

« Fabulous lake home! It is well stocked, felt like home, except we had a beautiful lake view. Very close to Clemson campus. Our family enjoyed the following provided items- kayaking, paddle boards, darts, screen porch, ping pong and board games. Their were t.v.'s in all bedrooms and living room but we never turned them on. The kitchen was well stocked and everything labled very well. Check in and out was extremely easy and communicating with the host was simple. I highly recommend this lake home! »
