'Wonderful suites, excellent service and superb buffet breakfast and lunch. However dinner is limited to restaurants, and one of them is often closed, the Wok, the Italian restaurant is very small and limited to 4 people tables and always booked ahead so unusable. This results in the entire number of guests fighting for tables at the remaining 2 restaurants: blue Merlin and the Steak Restaurant. The Buffet is closed for dinner every day except Friday. This issue soured our view of the property. '

'It is the perfect place for family vacation. Though I can't say you ever heard loud kids. There is just a lot for them to do and be happy about. As for parents and grandparents it's paradise. 'We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!! '

'Overall a great place. Food in the restaurants was above average for an all inclusive. Buffet was just average. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Well kept grounds and clean. Restaurants were not really air conditioned. I never left dinner without sweaty clothes. Need to work on ac. Hard to enjoy meals when it is hot. Pool bars do not have good liquor. Only low shelf local stuff. Rooms are comfortable but not suites. Hard to keep cool .. Not enough shade at main pool. Need more...

'We booked the swim-up suite, this was a total rip-off, we did not use it once, our room did not get direct sunlight, the swim-up pool was in a part of the garden where we were isolated from the whole hotel, so it was not enjoyable to be there during the day with two teenagers, so we did not use the swim-up once. The food is decent, the onsite restaurants have very limited menus and we mostly used the buffet. Drinks are well available and they have a good selection of different brands. Check...

'Heel leuk resort, het adults-only gedeelte is heel aangenaam met leuke restaurants, alles op wandelafstand! Het complex is heel goed onderhouden en wat opviel was de vriendelijkheid van de staff. Vanwaar de "MAAR" in de titel dan? Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn kredietkaart "gehackt" geweest om aankopen te doen in een online Amerikaanse winkel. Aangezien ik mijn kaart nergens anders gebruikt heb dan in het hotel en men daar toegang heeft tot mijn thuisadres, heb ik sterke vermoedens dat iemand...

'The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …'
