'The apartment was clean, but it is on the ground floor (not clearly advertised). Very cozy, well-maintained backyard/garden with a decent-sized swimming pool. Very convenient location, walking distance to the supermarket, beach, tennis school, and restaurants. We recommend this apartment for a short stay only, as the kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum of kitchenware.'

'The room has issues , the padio doors don't close properly causing masquittos and flies to get inside. The AC in the living room is almost non exisitant causing the temperature to never get under 75C in the bedrooms ithe AC works well. They list it as a 3 star but id say its more of a 2 star. During the night we saw coachroaches or mayby they were palmetto bugs running across the floor, lots of ants too.
