'Staff at reception was very friendly, professional and flexible - truly a warm welcome. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is a bit dated but it's clean and the rooms are wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Truly a great getaway. The only downside of the ocean view rooms is that there is a little bar with very loud music on the opposite side of the road, but it stopped in time. Breakfast however was a big dissapointment. We wanted to leave early so we came down as soon as...

'We absolutely loved loved our stay! The owners Sean and Paul really made sure that we had a 20/10 experience. The rooms were spacious and so clean, and the views were immaculate. My husband and I really felt at home and would highly recommend the place. They were also extremely accommodating, and helpful with information on getting there before we arrived. The cherry on top was getting to pick our own mangoes from the tree they have on site before we checked out.'

'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo. The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel. '
