'Absolutely terrible experience. Every single service was awful from beginning to end. The management treated us with complete disrespect and showed no interest in resolving any issue. We were charged extra fees that were never disclosed and ended up paying more than the amount originally agreed for the reservation, which felt dishonest and completely unacceptable. The food was terrible, and to make matters worse, there were times without proper water service even for basic needs like showering....

'They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. '

'Me encantó la estancia en Catalina Tropical Lodge. Desde que llegamos se notó la atención al detalle y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Llegamos de noche y el guardia ya nos estaba esperando con la llave lista; incluso nos acompañó a la habitación y nos mostró un poco de las instalaciones. Algo que me gustó mucho fue la vista por la mañana, ya que por la altura en la que se encuentra el hotel se logra ver el mar entre la vegetación. También me encantó el jabón de manos de lavanda y vainilla....

'The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) '

'When we arrived nobody was there so no check in, completely dark, we found a lodge with a key in the door so we could use it. Late at night someone arrived. He arranged a breakfast for us the next morning which was very nice. The rest of the stay was ok. '
