'The staff is great, rooms were clean. The food was okay it could have more flavor. I had to ask to have our mini bar restocked constantly and sometimes they said they would and did not. The lobby bar closes early and they run out of alcohol. The bar servers downstairs are not very nice and seem to not like h to eir job. Other than that place is great but will probably get another all inclusive hotel next time.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The property was beautiful and well maintained. This is high rise hotel property not a sprawling complex. So not a lot of walking but not a whole lot to see. The beach was gorgeous but tons of seaweed was all along the coastline (not the properties fault). The water was pretty rough with large waves the 4 days we were there and danger flags were posted. The breakfast in the Market Cafe was a buffet with about anything you could want. We really enjoyed it. The restaurants were good but not great....
