'Nice and big luxury all Inclusive resort.'

'We had our transportation booked through Moon Palace, unfortunately we were dropped off at the wrong location (The Grand) and our stay was at Sunrise, easily redirected by staff to the lobby lobby bus to take us to Sunrise. Check in took a little longer than expected but there was a long line up. The resort was absolutely beautiful and we were just in time to hit up the lunch buffet as we had to wait til check in time for our room to be ready. The food was AMAZING the entire stay, like 20/10...

The staff was outstanding from start to finish: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was very good with plenty of options, and the drinks never stopped, service around the resort was fast and consistent, and the bartenders were great.
