'It is challenging to find a room for 7 people. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We got the presidential suite so we obviously had a lot of room. However, I feel like there should’ve been more towels given we had 7 people for 2 nights and 3 days. Also it was confusing initially to check in. Overall, convenient location at Haeundae and the view was beautiful. '

'Prime location, great facility, but needs an update on checkin and policy information. The location and property was perfect for our stay -family of 4 in deluxe family suite. Its actually meant for about 6 people. Plus, it has a wonderful ocean view, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. According to Expedia checkin info, we were to get checkin information, such as access code, etc. But when contacting property, and expedia the day of, neither were helpful.
