'Amazing staff and service level. The best room option is an ocean front room and if you can afford it on the club level! The club lounge has a very good level of service and quality.
The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast!
Spa is awesome.
Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play.

'Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin.'

'The rooms were excellent the view was wonderful. When I checked in I was given a room on the second floor but the door would not close or lock but the staff was helpful and helped me move to the fifth floor. The view of the beach was beautiful from that floor. The place is under renovation but their team is doing a fabulous job keeping the services they have running the best they can. Can’t wait to go back after all of the changes are complete.'

'Awesome stay! Room was beautiful and the property had everything! I took off a star because they charge like 30 bucks for a cot and everything was so expensive. The staff were great and so helpful. I would stay again for the unlimited fast passes if we go back to Universal some day. Also, being able to check our bags and pick up the passes to go to the park early before our check in time was great!'

'Het hotel zit op een mooie locatie. Helaas maakte de airco op de slaapkamer heel veel lawaai daardoor werden wij steeds wakker. Er was koud water in de badkamer.'
