'Lovely hotel with fantastic helpful friendly staff. Room great and spotlessly clean. Excellent food in the restaurant. Very quiet and peaceful when we visited. Thulusdhoo is a quiet local island, no alcohol available but that was no problem for us.'

Nadelen zijn de schone maar kleine kamers (9m2) en het al maandenlange lawaai naast en tegenover het hotel als gevolg van de activiteiten mbt de presidentsverkiezingen in september. Deze gaan soms tot middernacht door en beginnen soms weer om 6:30 in de ochtend. Jammer'

'Blocks off the beach. Beach sand coral and coarse. Host is responsive and provides a concierge. Access to surfing spots. Seasonal temperature and humidity is bordering intolerable. Political graffiti is ever present. Beautiful islands, third world charm. Overwhelming Muslim environment, including social restrictions. Safe and fair value, fantastic effort by host and concierge as much as possible. Long and pricey taxi by boat ($50 a couple each way) to arrive at the property. Noise disturbances...

'I was there only for one night due to the travel on wards to the Islands. Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! Breakfast is good, Menu is simple but also good to take you dinner in house. Be prepared for an extra service charge of 10% and 12% tax on top of all you order. Staff is very helpful. If you need a hotel for your transit to the Islands, This is probably the best value for...

The room has a tiny balcony that gives you some fresh air despite a chair not fitting there. The room is basically equipped. '

'The staff of this hotel were very nice. However, it’s not worth the money paid. The breakfast was an egg, a few pieces of oranges and apples, two pieces of white break and a mini hot dog. I had to go to the neighborhood supermarket afterwards to get additional nourishment. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very noisy room with sounds from the traffic below. But the staff, again, made the day. Extremely friendly people. '
